Can you take small dogs on a plane and keep it under you seat? if so, how much money?

how much does it how much does it cost to carry on a small dog? i am thinking about getting a new ppug puppy and am traveling to hawaii for a week. what should i be prepared for overall ( including when we and the dog are in hawaii)??? and can i simply store it under my seat in a dog carrier? also, is it true that you can take it out when the seatbelt sign is not on? how difficult would it be with a puppy? thanks, anything helps!:)

My kodak digital camera won't turn on!?!?

Hi so I have a fairly new Kodak digital 12x and I haven't used it in a couple months. I'm leaving for vacation tonight and I just took it out to test it and make sure it was working but the camera won't turn on! I thought it could've been the batteries so I got at least 3 new pairs of batteries to see if that would help but it didn't work. Whenever I would hold down the button to turn it on, the light at the top would flash green for a couple seconds then nothing would happen. When I looked into the eye lens at the top while turning it on it would flash white but then nothing would happen. Help please as fast as possible because I don't have much time left before I leave! Mother is throwing a tantrum?

Dinnertime, I was on my phone at the table, finishing a math problem and punching in some numbers on the calculator and my mom told me to leave the table if I wanted to play on my phone. I told her to wait just a second (It was probably more like 20 seconds, but it wasn't very long at all) and she tried to force my phone towards my face, screaming PUT IT AWAY and soiling it because she had sauce all over her hands. I got irritated, but left the table and wiped my phone off and went to my room. All the way there, my mom was screaming insults at me saying that I'm the worst child (I'm the oldest, and trust me, my other siblings aren't role models either.) and that I don't listen to anyone, that one day I was going to pay for all this. Okay, mom. Oh, and my dad was telling me I was stupid for not listening at the same time. I went to my room to unwind and then all of a sudden, my mom is wailing. She's SOBBING. There have been several instances that this has happened. I swear, one day, I'm going to write a book about how immature parents are. But She hasn't done this very recently so at first it seemed kind of foreign to me. And then my dad was in my room, screaming his head off, saying that she was going to strip my bank account of all its money and he wasn't going to do anything about it, and that no one was going to fund me through college, even though most of it is the money I've made. And all the while, my mom is having a tantrum. Is any of this justifiable? Is there possibly a reason for all of this madness? Or is my mom just going into early menopause? I mean, she's not that old, but she's really not that young either. Oh. and she just told me I'm going to be in pain one day, for all the things I'm making her suffer through. What is she suffering from? Someone please tell me. I'm thoroughly confused.

How to upload videos from a kodak mini camcorder?

Okay so I have a Kodak mini camcorder and I just got it around June 5th for my birthday and I still don't know how to upload video from it onto the computer! I tried using the USB plug and it just charged it......all help will be appreciated thanks
