Should i pollyfil a jl w7?

i have a 10' jl w7 that is in a sealed box that is big enough to fit between the bucket seats in my chevy s10 i have 2 w0 10's behind the seats. all are single v.c. and are on a jl 1000.1 i wanted to stop the box from rattling around. i thought i should just stuff the box. what do you think
