How can I take a photo DVD and cut out the photos that are in it?

I'm working with a client of mine who wants his photos to go up on his website. The only issue is he doesn't have the originals or the digital copies, only a Photo DVD made by one of them Kodak kiosks. How can I cut out the different images, if at all possible. I tried using VLC, recording small bits in short clips, and then using Print Screen to copy the image on screen to clipboard, and then cropping the image. This is a very tedious task and am hoping there is an alternative. Any Suggestions?
