Kodak M853 camera won't turn on, help?!?

I have a Kodak M853 camera i tried turning it on and it didn't, so i plugged it into the computer cuz i thought it might need to be charged, so i plugged it in and pressed the power button, i shows green then blinks red and stops blinking. I don't know how to fix it i didn't drop it or anything and its been in its case the whole time, i wiped the battery down
