Kodak Easyshare m340 wont stay open?

My camera started acting funny and when I would go to charge it and turn it on it would say it was charged fully and then when I went to turn it on it would turn on for less than a second and then shut off again, I have replaced the battery and my computer still recognizes the camera and I can see all my pictures. Any advice or suggestion ?
