What is the best photo paper to use for scrapbooking?

I use the Kodak Printer Photo Paper right now and whenever I attach it to the scrapbooking page (I use the double adhesive sticky squares) it falls off. What photo paper do you use? And also, what kind of glue/mounts do you use? Thanks for all the answers!!! :D
