How to change the settings on my camera? (FIVE STARS)?

I have a kodak camera Easy Share and I'm trying to change the settings to make it not blurry. Whenever I try to take a picture it always ends up blurry even when I focus the button and hold the camera still. I've tried all of the settings and I don't know how to fix it. Any help?
