Kodak EasyShare Z981 vs FujiFilm FinePix S2940?

Fujifilm is cheap because of its low build quality but it's not that far from Kodak. The advantage of Fujifilm is that it is relatively much easier to understand than Kodak. Photo quality and videos are all up to your abilities. The camera is just a tool. It is perfectly possible to get quality shots with either camera if you know exactly what you're doing.
