Where can I find a professional photo paper?

I'm looking for the Kodak portra endura matte photo paper and cannot find it. I can't find it or anything like it in stores or online. I'm looking for a matte photo paper with a pebble like surface to print my own wedding photos and want it to be as professional as the photographers. I just can't seem to find the paper for it. Does anyone know where to find it?
