Why are only some of my pictures transferring to my PC?

I have a Kodak easyshare camera. I have tried both the easyshare software and Windows Live Photo to transfer the pictures but only about half of them are showing on the computer. They are not duplicates, I just took these photos yesterday. What issue could be going on? I tried google to solve this problem but I couldn't find anything relating to my exact issue....How do I transfer ALL my photos...or what is causing them not to transfer?
