Editing videos from a Kodak camera?

I have a Kodak Easyshare M530 camera, and when I tried to attach a video from it to Windows Movie Maker, it won't work because something about the file? Anyways, if you know any free video editing software that works with Kodak please let me know. And if you know how I can somehow edit it on Windows Movie Maker that would be awesome! Thanks.
