Kodak M340 screen broken...what should I do?

My Kodak M340 camera screen is broken... I am not under warranty which means to get it fixed by Kodak it's $63.00. Would it be better to try to buy a screen and fix it myself? Is it possible to get it fixed cheaper some other way? what should I do?
